- How to set preference files from outside and inside the program. How to use a multi-user system and tips for freelancers. An overview of project settings and workflows
- Film Master GUI and Control Panels
- How to read the GUI, and how it relates and interacts with the control panels.
- Primary Color Tools
- Film, Video and Graphics type tools. What are Levels, Printer Lights, SOP, LGG, Balance, Color Curves, RGB Curves, Brightness Contrast, and Channel Mixer controls.
- DAY TWO
- Secondary Color Tools
- HSL secondaries, Hue Curves, Clips and tools with isolations, including Brightness Regions and RGBM Curves
- Layers in Film Master
- What are User FX, Base, Color Layers, FX Layers and the Master Layer. When and why they are useful.
- How to use the router, opacity and blending modes
- Isolation Tools for Film Master
- How to get the best isolation using mattes, keys and shapes. Clean up tools and matte management.

- Creating Looks and Effects
- A look at uses for Blur, RGB curves, FX LAyers, plugins and other tools that go beyond color correction.
